Before Your Appointment
- Please declutter floors and surfaces so our team can clean efficiently.
- Secure valuables and fragile items you prefer not to be handled.
- Run the dishwasher if you would like dishes loaded or unloaded.
- Ensure water and electricity are available during the service.
- Share special instructions in advance so we can tailor the visit.
Access, Pets, and Parking
- Provide safe access via key, code, lockbox, concierge, or on-site contact.
- Pets are family. Please secure pets that may be anxious or reactive.
- Reserve parking when possible. Parking fees may be added if applicable.
- Arrival times may vary due to traffic or previous jobs. We send updates when en route.
What Is Included
Standard Residential Cleaning focuses on maintaining kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dusting reachable surfaces, furniture, décor, and baseboards.
- Wiping appliance exteriors, countertops, sinks, and cabinet fronts.
- Sanitizing bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and showers at a maintenance level.
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping hard floors.
- Making beds, tidying rooms, and emptying small trash bins.
Popular Add-Ons
- Deep Cleaning for detailed buildup removal and interior appliance cleaning.
- Move In / Move Out Cleaning for empty homes, including cabinets and appliances.
- Commercial Cleaning with customized checklists and recurring schedules.
Add-ons must be scheduled in advance so we can allocate the proper time and team size.
What Is Not Included
- Mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, pest infestations, or hoarding situations.
- Exterior windows beyond safe reach or work requiring tall ladders.
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances without prior approval.
- Restoration services unless quoted separately.
Recurring Service
- Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans offer the best value and consistency.
- First-time services may require a deep clean to reset the home.
- Major condition changes may affect service duration or pricing.
Scheduling and Reschedules
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations.
- Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a service fee.
- Contact us promptly if you need to adjust your arrival window.
Payment and Tips
- Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept approved cards and invoicing through trusted providers.
- Tipping is optional and always appreciated for exceptional service.
After Your Cleaning
- Please walk through your home and let us know if anything needs attention.
- Allow floors and surfaces to dry fully for best results.
- Your feedback helps us personalize future visits.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a focused re-clean of the affected areas included in the original scope.
