These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Goldzen Cleaning Services LLC (“Goldzen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Goldzen Cleaning Services LLC provides residential, commercial, recurring, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and Airbnb cleaning services in Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County. Services are performed according to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including property size, condition, and selected services. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from the information provided or if additional services are requested on-site.

3. Scheduling and Access

  • The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
  • Failure to provide access may result in a lockout fee or service cancellation.
  • Arrival times are estimated windows and may vary due to traffic or previous jobs.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, same-day changes, or lockouts may be subject to a service fee.

5. Recurring Service Terms

  • Recurring services are offered on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules.
  • The first visit may require a deep cleaning to establish a baseline.
  • Significant changes in home condition may affect service time or pricing.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service.
  • Inform us in advance of special instructions or areas of concern.
  • Provide electricity and water necessary to perform the service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a focused re-clean of the affected areas within the original scope of work.

8. Limitations of Service

  • We do not provide mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, pest control, or hoarding services.
  • We do not move heavy furniture or appliances without prior approval.
  • Exterior window cleaning beyond safe reach is not included unless quoted separately.

9. Payments

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods through trusted third-party providers. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

10. Tips

Tips are optional and never required, but always appreciated for exceptional service.

11. Liability

Goldzen Cleaning Services LLC is insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not disclosed prior to service.

12. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
